Myriobiblos Desktop Theme

for Windows 95/98/NT/2000

Myriobiblos theme is based on our main logotype, an 11th c. image of the Evangelist Mark from an illuminated manuscript preserved at Athos Holy Mountain (Monastery of Ivires).

The theme's colors were chosen carefully in order to lessen monitor radiation stress and to support reading. For the same reason font size is rather large. Three desktop icons are new, "My computer", "Network Neighborhood" and "Recycle bin", as well as most of the system sounds.

Myriobiblos Desktop Theme comes in three versions, for screens adjusted to 1152x864, 1024x768 or 800x600 resolutions, in true or high color. All versions include a utility that makes desktop icons transparent, created by Iglyph Design.
