if your internet connection is very slow, you can right-click
on the link pointing to the document you'd like to read and select the
"save as" option:
Give a name to the file or leave the default name,
select "Unicode UTF-8" encoding, and save the document to
your disk for off-line reading.
Users of Internet Explorer 5 or later have the option
to maintain all link functionality as well as the graphics contained
in the document, by saving it as "complete web page" or
"email archive".
